This is a list of the fastest accelerating cars that can go from 0-60 in the fastest time possible, so you won’t necessarily find a list of the cars' top speeds here. All the cars included reach 60 mph in under 3 seconds.
The list below is continuously updated as newer production cars are released and have been proven to beat the 0-60 times required to make the list.

The 2021 Porsche 911 Turbo S Lightweight accelerates from 0–60 mph in just 2.1 seconds, as measured by Car and Driver. Like the 911 Turbo, the Turbo S Lightweight has a new twin-turbocharged 3.7L engine making 640 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque and a top speed of 205 mph (330 km/h). It has everything the Turbo S offers, except it sheds 80 pounds (36 kg), improving agility and performance. The latest 2021 Model S Plaid from Tesla is still 100-kilowatt battery powered but it has triple motors power versus dual motors from previous generation. 8th generation Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 has highest top speed than any Corvette in history. It is powered by 5.5-liter twin-turbocharged V8 that producing astonishing 1064 horsepower and 828 pound-feet of torque. 488 Pista meaning track in Italian was unveiled in 2018 even though 488 was produced between 2015-2020 models.
